Rebirthing
Since the moment we are born we accumulate and carry the energies of our experiences both good and bad, in our bodies and in our auras. We carry the trauma of leaving the Spirit World to be incarnated, and then suffer the trauma of leaving the safety of the womb to be born into the harshness of the Physical World. Every emotional, mental, physical, or psychic shock we take in our lives leaves a trace, like a psychic bruise or a wound in our auras. Our vitality can be seriously affected by carrying around these life draining influences, consciously or unconsciously. Rebirthing requires more of an active role on the part of the client than Spiritual Healing, as it uses a process called Conscious Connected Breathing to remove old traumas from the body and aura, to release energy blockages and thereby, bring about an incredible state of aliveness and renewal.

"Firstly I would like to say that Paul Dean is a fantastic person to go through rebirthing with. He is a very competent guide who took me through the process with the care and support that one could only experience from someone who wanted the very best for their client. And for the client to experience all that they could.
The rebirthing itself was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I lay down on a comfy sofa throughout and taking a long series of breaths which went on for sometime, guided by Paul, I was led through the process, breathing in and out in a particular way over and over again, even when I wanted to fight it. Then finally my body, which felt like it had had a work out, went over a natural peak and started slowing itself. My whole body was a mass of energy. I felt like I was full of electricity. My hands especially were buzzing with so much energy I kept having to shake them. Had I been working in a healing capacity at that time, I reckon one touch from me and the healing client would have been catapulted off the bed and across the room! This 'alive' state I was now in was lovely. Like nothing else I had experienced before, (well nothing 'legal' anyway but that's another story!) Wonderful! I felt like I was living in the space of my higher self. I was present and grounded and safe but my senses were heightened. My vision had expanded, my head and body had cleared and my 'sight' had awakened. I should imagine that at that time, my psychic abilities were probably very much tuned in but I have to say I was pretty spaced out.
