Rest assured, Paul Dean is well known for his integrity and has an impeccable reputation for being forthrightly honest, and not namby-pamby or wishy-washy.
On most Psychics web sites these days you will find a legal disclaimer stating that 'All services are for entertainment purposes only.' Whilst Paul Dean is very often known to be entertaining, he is certainly not comfortable with being considered an Entertainer, when in actual fact he is a well respected Psychic. So, to keep things running smoothly, and to prevent any possibility of potential legal nonsense, which may be created by an unfair negative personality, the following no-nonsense statement has been composed...
By using the services offered within these web pages, you are legally and morally agreeing to the following:
- You are courteous and aged 18 or over, with an open heart and an open mind.
- All services are subject to availability, offered for purposes of guidance and assistance, and given at Paul Dean's, or his team's, discretion and convenience.
- During a psychic reading you are genuine, truthful and cooperative at all times.
- Paul Dean is not to be held responsible or liable for the misuse of any services offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or terminate any ill-connections.
- You are solely responsible for your own self, life-path and the fulfillment of your destiny. The accuracy or effectiveness of any services cannot be guaranteed.
- Ultimately, you have the power of choice, and the ability to alter your reality.
- Services and products are not intended or recommended as substitutes for any legal, medical, psychiatric or other orthodox types of professional assistance.
- There is currently a £6.50 administration charge for the return of unauthorised appointment payments. Respectfully, this can easily be avoided by calling first.
- If you should phone late, the time may be deducted from your appointment as there is a schedule and other people to consider, and refunds cannot be made.
- Complimentary CDs are kindly given without charge by Paul Dean, but legally remain his property. The content of CDs cannot be guaranteed, or duplicated if lost. All CDs are copyright protected and can only be used for private listening by the recipient. Any other use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Regrettably, Paul Dean is unable to answer questions outside of a consultation.

The Magickal Shop - Refunds
Paul Dean wants you to be delighted every time you make a purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. This applies to all listed products except for services, custom made and digital products (eg: Email Readings / Downloads). Regrettably, the return of DVD, audio and products where the item has been unsealed, cannot be accepted.
The Magickal Shop - Cancellations
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products except for services, custom made and digital products (eg: Email Readings / Downloads). Regrettably, the cancellation for DVD, audio and products where the item has been unsealed, cannot be accepted.

To return an item, please click here... to receive instructions and an Item Returns Number. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item unless it was delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
The Magickal Shop - Delivery
Every effort is taken to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Most purchases are dispatched within 72 hours. However, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch due to exceptional busy spells and holy-days etcetera.
All products are sent:
UK: 1st Class Royal Mail (please allow 1-3 working days).
International: Royal Mail Airmail (please allow up to 14 working days).
