Professional Standards & Practice Protocols
1. Statutory Compliance & The Nature of the Work
In accordance with UK legislation, I am required to state that all consultations are provided for “entertainment purposes.” While I strictly comply with this legal definition to maintain the physical operation of this practice, it is important to be clear: you are not booking a theatrical performance. You are engaging in a highly focused, professional consultation designed to provide deep clarity and actionable guidance.
2. A Space of Mutual Respect
Access to this practice is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. To maintain the clear perception required for this work, all sessions must be conducted with mutual respect. I reserve the right to conclude a session immediately if communication becomes hostile or disruptive, ensuring the practice remains a safe and productive environment.
3. Professional Boundaries
The insights provided during our sessions look deeply into the realities of your situation. However, this work is not a substitute for orthodox medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice. I provide the intuitive guidance; you retain absolute free will and the physical responsibility for the decisions you make with that information.
4. The Schedule & Consultation Mechanics
The Connection: For live sessions, it is your responsibility to initiate the call exactly at your scheduled UK time.
Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to adjust your appointment. You are welcome to reschedule once at no additional cost.
Cancellations: Cancellations made with over 24 hours’ notice will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee to cover secure processing charges. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
Failure to Connect: To protect the integrity of the diary, if you do not connect at the agreed time, the session is considered void. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments.
The 14-Day Waiver: By booking a session that takes place within the next 14 days, you are requesting immediate service. You legally acknowledge that once the consultation process begins, your statutory 14-day right to cancel is fulfilled.
Service Note: To support your journey, a one-time follow-up will be sent 6 months after our session. This is a singular check-in and not a recurring newsletter. You may opt out at any time using the link in your consultation confirmation email.
5. Privacy & Absolute Confidentiality
Secure Payments: All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted external channels. I do not hold, view, or store your payment data.
The Archive: Your contact details and session notes are strictly confidential and are never shared or traded.
Visual References: If a photograph is required for an email reading, it is used solely as a focal point. Once your written reading is dispatched, the image is permanently and completely deleted from my systems.
6. Intellectual Property
The contents of this site, including all written text, recorded sessions, and email readings, are my exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or replication is strictly prohibited and will be addressed legally to protect the integrity of this practice.
7. Website Cookies
This site uses foundational cookies to maintain a secure, operational environment. These tools ensure the website functions smoothly and track basic site navigation, not your personal identity. You may block them via your browser, though this may disrupt your access to the booking calendar.
8. Free Will & Personal Choice
I do not offer guarantees on specific future outcomes because I do not control your physical movements after our consultation concludes. I deliver the precise, honest facts of your current situation so you can move forward with absolute confidence.
9. The Right of Refusal
This practice operates as a private consultancy; it is not a public utility. To ensure the highest quality of service and energetic alignment, I reserve the absolute right to decline a booking or withdraw services at my discretion, without the obligation to provide a justification. If a consultation is declined prior to the session, a full refund will be issued immediately.
