However, when you cross this perimeter, you are not buying a theatrical performance. You are engaging in a high-density extraction of the unvarnished facts. You are securing a structural baseline. 2. The Perimeter of Conduct
Access to this practice requires you to be strictly 18 years of age or older. This is a closed, professional loop. If you introduce external static, act with hostility, or attempt to dictate the mechanics of the extraction, the session will be immediately severed. I do not negotiate with noise. I reserve the right to drop the connection and refuse service without debate.
3. Jurisdictional Boundaries

4. The Schedule & Extraction Mechanics

Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to shift your extraction. You are permitted one structural realignment at no additional cost.
Cancellations: If you pull out with more than 24 hours’ notice, your funds are returned minus a 10% administrative weight to cover the secure processing fees. If you break the engagement with less than 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit 50% of the fee.
Failure to Connect: If you do not open the line at the agreed minute, the session is void. The practice does not wait in the static. No refunds or credits are issued for a failure to appear.
The 14-Day Waiver: By booking a high-density extraction to take place within 14 days, you are issuing a direct command to begin the work immediately. You legally acknowledge that the moment the extraction process begins, your statutory 14-day right to cancel is entirely exhausted.
5. Data Isolation & Absolute Silence
Financial Footprint: I operate a closed loop. Your financial data is processed through secure, encrypted external channels (PayPal). I do not hold, see, or store your payment footprint.
The Visual Coordinate: If a photograph is required to lock onto your environment, it is used strictly as a structural anchor. The second your written baseline is dispatched, the visual asset is permanently wiped from the system under strict data-sanitisation protocols.
The Archive: Your contact details are never traded. They remain in the dead zone.
Hostile Transmissions: If you breach the Fair-Play rules of this practice, your communications will be held on file solely as hard evidence to enforce permanent restriction from the perimeter.
6. Intellectual Architecture
Every syllable of text on this domain, every recorded frequency, and every written baseline is my absolute intellectual property. If you attempt to lift this architecture to mask your own lack of foundation, you will not receive a warning. It will trigger an immediate, hard legal strike.
7. The Digital Footprint (Cookies)
This site uses foundational code to maintain a secure, operational loop. These tools track the mechanical navigation of the site, not your personal identity. You may block them via your browser, but you do so at the risk of destabilising your own access to the portal.

9. The Right of Refusal

I hold the absolute right to withdraw services, restrict portal access, or decline a briefing from any individual without the obligation to provide a justification. If the Office withdraws an engagement before delivery, a full refund is issued, and the silence becomes permanent.
