2. Eligibility & Conduct
To access the services offered by Paul Dean, you must be 18 years of age or older. Every session is a professional energetic exchange; therefore, a courteous, open, and professional manner is a prerequisite. Paul Dean reserves the right to terminate any session or refuse service to individuals who exhibit obstructive or disrespectful behaviour.
3. Professional Boundaries
Services provided are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychiatric, or other orthodox professional assistance. Paul Dean offers strategic intuitive guidance, but the responsibility for any actions taken following a session rests solely with the client.
4. Cancellation & Punctuality
Punctuality: You are solely responsible for initiating the call promptly at your scheduled UK appointment time.
Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your session. Each booking is permitted one reschedule at no additional cost, provided the 24-hour window is respected.
Cancellations & Administrative Fees: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded minus a 10% administrative processing fee (to cover secure payment handling and scheduling costs).
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Missed Appointments: No refunds or credits are permitted for “no-show” appointments. To maintain the schedule’s integrity, the practitioner’s time is non-refundable if the client fails to initiate the engagement.
Request for Express Service: By booking a session to take place within 14 days of the purchase date, you expressly request that the provision of service begins immediately. You acknowledge that once the session has commenced, your statutory 14-day right to cancel is fully exhausted, as the service has been delivered at your request.
5. Privacy & Data Security
Your privacy is an absolute priority.
Financial Data: We do not store or share your financial information. All online transactions are processed securely via PayPal in compliance with PCI Data Security Standards.
Confidentiality: Paul Dean does not sell, rent, or trade your contact details. Your information is used strictly for service delivery and occasional confidential updates from The Archive. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Confidentiality & Data Integrity: Your photograph is used exclusively as a focal point for Paul Dean’s intuitive calibration. It is stored within an encrypted, private environment and is never shared, sold, or accessible to third parties. Following the completion of your session and the delivery of your roadmap, all visual assets are handled according to our strict data-sanitisation protocols to ensure your absolute privacy.
Communication Records: The Office reserves the right to retain records of communications that breach our Fair-Play Policy for the purposes of practice security and the enforcement of service restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Unauthorised dissemination, distribution, or copying of any information—whether from the website, email, or telephone consultations—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Office of Paul Dean is a private practice, not a public utility. We reserve the absolute right to withdraw services, restrict account access, or decline enquiries from any individual without the obligation to provide a justification. Where a service is withdrawn by the Office prior to delivery, a full refund will be issued, and the matter will be considered concluded. The Office reserves the right to exercise silence as a professional boundary in response to conduct that violates these Terms.
